Bandit Sky

I got severe sunburn when I came back from my three days trip from the Tangor Hawor area near Sylhet. My two arms turned crisp brown leaving white areas under my tshirt. My camera was in my hand all the time and it was a very good exercise for my bicep as combined weight of 70-200mm 2.8L IS lens and camera 5D was nearly 3kg.

This shot was taken in the final day of the journey. The weather was very kind to us overall but we just had to deal with the very bright & hot sunlight. Sky was blue with wide open space full of interesting cloud formations and reflections on crystal clear calm water were too much soothing for my city eyes. I was craving for an ultra wide angle lens as I saw some of the shots from my Nikon friends using sigma 14mm ones. However, this shot was a true 70mm at f11 capturing all the lights and patterns from a moving boat by my 5D. I say my money well spent.

The beautiful sky stole all our hearts and we were feeling so bad thinking about returning back to the concrete jungle. End of the day I was so happy to see the results in my camera preview even though the bandit sky gave me a new item to add in my shopping list which is a sunscreen, lol.
